We offer Free, Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans. Each plan has specific query limits and feature access as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Verify important information independently before acting on it.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CouncilMind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your input queries. AI-generated responses are provided under license for your personal or commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUNCILMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party AI model availability depends on their respective providers.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent display on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
